I'm looking for some inexpensive interactive touch panels (20-30") that have either built in memory, memory card slot or can be networked to a simple server. The project is to use the panels as basic interactive kiosks in a university or office building to display basic information:
Faculty listing w/ the ability to look up faculty members and their information (office location etc..)
floor plan of each floor
miscellaneous information
etc....
does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance

You might want to look at Smart Technology's 32 inch Actalyst
Here is the link to their information: Smart Technology
Also DT Research has release several new digital signage systems including an all-in-one that you might want to look at.

Apart from Impulse in the UK, why not purchase a standard display and put an interactive film on the display case? There is a company who manufactures these films - www.visualplanet.biz there may be some cost savings?
